What I ended up doing is searching the Aglient Labinformatics site for LCMS related familiarization documents and finally found the Agilent 6100 Series Quadrupole LCMS Systems Familiarization Guide for ChemStation Ver. B. While its not exactly the same as the OpenLab CDS ChemStation Ver C.0.1.09 that we are using its more than close enough to get me going. Chemstation Series Of OpenLabHere is a link to a series of OpenLab CDS ChemStation webinars which you might find useful: OpenLab CDS ChemStation Webinars Agilent You should have also received an eFamiliarization disk with your installation media which is another good resource if you are just getting started. Both of these do not replace a full training, but contain useful information if you are a ChemStation beginner. You can also browse the online course offered at Agilent University to see if there are any that fit your needs: Agilent University Agilent Hopefully this helps. Chemstation Manuals That YouThere are a few LCMS manuals that you can find on Disk2 of the installation media which you might find useful, specifically the LCMS Concepts Guide and the LCMS Familiarization Guide. Like Show 1 Like 1 Actions wydnaa Sep 26, 2019 9:09 AM Mark Correct Correct Answer Hi swilson88 Have you had a look at the eFamiliarisation software that is on the installation media for OpenLab Chemstation It would give you some information on how to do quantitation in Chemstation. The part about SIM depends on how many ions you want to measure for each injection. If its just one, then you can simply follow the information in eFamiliarisation. If you have multiple ions, then I would extract ions (from the File menu) and build a calibration table from the peaks in the individual EICs. Unfortunately no one seem to know where the installation disksmedia are (partially due to a series of upgrades) and the eFamiliarization folders are not on the instrument PCs.
